Problem
Our customer was switching powder suppliers and the torques were turned off. The bolts spun out of control while applying the new powder, resulting in line shut down and the customer having to switch back to a more expensive powder.
Action

A customized formula was developed to meet the customer’s torque requirements and they were able to switch a newer, less expensive powder, resulting in lower production costs.
